How we handle your information

This site is run by AVH Foundations Inc. (including its Basement Worx division), based in Hamilton, Ontario.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the details you type (name, phone, town or postal code, what's happening, any message and any photos you attach) along with the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or search, the campaign tags on the link. We use this to call you back, quote the job and understand which advertising brings in customers.

Where it goes

Requests are emailed to the owner and stored securely as a backup so nothing gets lost. We don't sell or share your information with anyone outside the company, other than the services that deliver our email and host the site.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to see how the site is used and to measure advertising. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site.

Bot protection

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request is coming from a person without asking you to solve puzzles.
