AVH Foundations Inc. is a family-owned foundation contractor based in Hamilton. Underpinning, structural repair, waterproofing and new foundations, done by our own crew, to a standard Alex sets and stands behind.
How we got here
Alex started AVH with a simple rule: fix the cause, quote it in writing, and treat every house like it's yours. That rule built a reputation for getting foundation work right the first time across Hamilton, Burlington and the surrounding area.
More recently, AVH took over Basement Worx, a waterproofing company that had built the same reputation from the other direction: honest diagnosis, no scare tactics, and a No Leak Guarantee it actually stands behind.
Today Basement Worx is owned and run by AVH Foundations, with the same values and the same guarantee. Two specialties, one standard. When a leak turns out to be a structural problem, or a structural job needs waterproofing, it's the same company and one phone call.
